นโยบายคืนเงิน
1. คืนเงินภายใน 7 วันสำหรับเครดิตที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้ (ร่าง)
ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันซื้อแพ็กเครดิต คุณขอคืนเงินได้เต็มจำนวนสำหรับแพ็กที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้เครดิตเลย หากใช้ไปบางส่วน คืนเงินตามสัดส่วนเครดิตที่เหลือของแพ็กนั้น [เจ้าของตัดสินใจ: คืนตามสัดส่วน หรือคืนเฉพาะแพ็กที่ยังไม่ใช้เลย]
2. สิ่งที่คืนไม่ได้
- เครดิตทดลองใช้ฟรี เครดิตโบนัส และเครดิตจากการชวนเพื่อน
- เครดิตที่ใช้ไปแล้ว (เสียงที่สร้างสำเร็จ หรือบทที่ร่างแล้ว)
- คำขอหลัง 7 วันนับจากวันซื้อ
- บัญชีที่ถูกระงับเพราะละเมิดข้อตกลง
3. คืนอัตโนมัติ
ถ้าการพากย์หรือการร่างบทไม่สำเร็จ ระบบคืนเครดิตของรายการนั้นทันทีโดยไม่ต้องร้องขอ
4. วิธีขอคืนเงิน
อีเมลถึง [อีเมลติดต่อ / contact email] พร้อมอีเมลบัญชีและเลขที่รายการ เราจะตอบภายใน 3 วันทำการ และคืนเงินผ่านช่องทางเดิม (บัตร: 5–10 วันทำการตามธนาคาร · พร้อมเพย์: โอนกลับบัญชีเดิม) ค่าธรรมเนียมรับชำระเงินที่ผู้ให้บริการไม่คืน [เจ้าของตัดสินใจว่าจะหักหรือไม่]
5. การเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา
ถ้าเราขึ้นอัตราเครดิต เราแจ้งล่วงหน้า 30 วัน และคุณขอคืนเงินเครดิตที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้ซึ่งซื้อก่อนประกาศได้ภายในช่วงนั้น แม้เกิน 7 วันแล้ว
Refund Policy
1. 7-day refund on unused credits (draft)
Within 7 days of buying a credit pack you can get a full refund if none of that pack's credits were used. If partly used, the unused share of that pack is refunded pro rata. [Owner to decide: pro rata, or untouched packs only.]
2. Not refundable
- Free trial, bonus and referral credits.
- Credits already used (audio generated or scripts drafted).
- Requests more than 7 days after purchase.
- Accounts suspended for violating the terms.
3. Automatic refunds
If a voice line or script draft fails, its credits are returned immediately without a request.
4. How to request
Email [อีเมลติดต่อ / contact email] with your account email and transaction ID. We reply within 3 business days and refund to the original method (cards: 5–10 business days depending on the bank; PromptPay: transfer back). Non-refundable payment-processor fees: [owner to decide whether deducted].
5. Price changes
If credit rates go up we give 30 days' notice, and during that period you may request a refund of unused credits bought before the notice, even after the 7-day window.
