ข้อตกลงการใช้งาน
ข้อตกลงนี้เป็นสัญญาระหว่างคุณกับ [ชื่อผู้ให้บริการ / Operator name] ผู้ให้บริการสตูดิโอเรื่องเล่า (Story Studio) การสมัครหรือใช้บริการถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อตกลงนี้
1. คุณสมบัติและบัญชี
- ต้องมีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป
- หนึ่งคนหนึ่งบัญชี รักษารหัสผ่านเอง และรับผิดชอบการใช้งานในบัญชีของคุณ
- ช่วงทดลอง (เบต้า) สมัครได้เฉพาะผู้ได้รับรหัสเชิญ
2. บริการ
เว็บช่วยร่างบทจากไอเดียด้วย AI และสร้างเสียงพากย์ด้วยเสียง AI (Gemini TTS) จากบทที่บันทึกในบัญชีของคุณ การปรับเสียง มาสเตอร์ และไฟล์ MP3 ทำในเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณ เราไม่ได้ขายหรือให้เข้าถึง API ของผู้ให้บริการ AI โดยตรง และอาจเปลี่ยนรุ่นโมเดลเมื่อผู้ให้บริการเลิกใช้รุ่นเดิม
3. การใช้ที่ห้าม
- เลียนเสียงหรือแอบอ้างเป็นบุคคลจริง หลอกลวง ฉ้อโกง หรือทำข่าวปลอม
- เนื้อหาผิดกฎหมาย หมิ่นประมาท ยุยงความรุนแรงหรือความเกลียดชัง เนื้อหาทางเพศเกี่ยวกับผู้เยาว์
- ใช้ผลงานที่มีลิขสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่นโดยไม่มีสิทธิ์ (นิยาย บทความ เนื้อเพลง บทจากคลิป)
- พยายามเจาะระบบ ใช้บอทหรือสคริปต์อัตโนมัติ หรือขายต่อการเข้าถึงบริการ
- ละเมิดนโยบายการใช้งานของ Google Gemini และ OpenRouter
เราอาจระงับหรือปิดบัญชีที่ละเมิด โดยไม่คืนเครดิตที่เกี่ยวกับการละเมิดนั้น
4. สิทธิในผลงาน
บท ไอเดีย และไฟล์เสียงที่คุณสร้างเป็นของคุณเท่าที่กฎหมายและเงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการ AI อนุญาต คุณให้สิทธิเราประมวลผลเนื้อหาเพื่อให้บริการเท่านั้น คุณต้องตรวจบทที่ AI ร่างก่อนเผยแพร่ และเมื่อเผยแพร่ต้องแจ้งว่าใช้เสียง AI ในกรณีที่แพลตฟอร์มกำหนด (เช่น Apple Podcasts, YouTube)
5. เครดิตและราคา
- เครดิตใช้สร้างเสียงและร่างบท อัตราการตัดเครดิตแสดงในหน้าราคา ตัดตามความยาวไฟล์เสียงจริง ถ้าสร้างไม่สำเร็จคืนเครดิตอัตโนมัติ
- เครดิตไม่ใช่เงิน โอนให้ผู้อื่นหรือแลกเป็นเงินสดไม่ได้ [กำหนดอายุเครดิต เช่น 12 เดือนนับจากวันซื้อ]
- เราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วันก่อนเปลี่ยนอัตราเครดิต (เช่นเมื่อผู้ให้บริการ AI ขึ้นราคา) เครดิตที่ซื้อแล้วใช้ได้ตามอัตราใหม่
- การคืนเงินเป็นไปตามนโยบายคืนเงิน
6. ความพร้อมให้บริการและความรับผิด
บริการให้ “ตามสภาพ” ระบบอาจหยุดชั่วคราวเพื่อบำรุงรักษาหรือเมื่อผู้ให้บริการ AI ขัดข้อง เสียง AI อาจอ่านผิดได้ ความรับผิดรวมของเราไม่เกินยอดเงินที่คุณจ่ายใน 3 เดือนล่าสุด เว้นแต่กฎหมายห้ามจำกัด
7. การยกเลิก
คุณลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อ เราอาจยุติบริการโดยแจ้งล่วงหน้า 30 วัน และคืนเงินตามสัดส่วนเครดิตที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้
8. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and [ชื่อผู้ให้บริการ / Operator name], operator of Story Studio. By signing up or using the service you accept them.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 18 or older.
- One person, one account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.
- During the beta, sign-up requires an invite code.
2. The service
AI-assisted script drafting from ideas and AI voice generation (Gemini TTS) from scripts saved in your account. Voice shaping, mastering and MP3 export run in your browser. We do not sell or resell direct access to any AI provider's API, and models may change when providers retire them.
3. Prohibited use
- Imitating or impersonating real people, deception, fraud or fake news.
- Illegal, defamatory, violent or hateful content; any sexual content involving minors.
- Using others' copyrighted works without rights (novels, articles, lyrics, scripts from videos).
- Hacking, bots/automation, or reselling access.
- Violating Google Gemini or OpenRouter usage policies.
We may suspend or close violating accounts without refunding credits related to the violation.
4. Your content
Scripts, ideas and audio you create are yours to the extent law and AI-provider terms allow. You grant us the right to process them only to provide the service. Review AI-drafted scripts before publishing, and disclose AI voices where a platform requires it (e.g. Apple Podcasts, YouTube).
5. Credits and pricing
- Credits pay for voice generation and script drafts at the rates shown on the pricing page, charged by actual audio length; failed generations are refunded automatically.
- Credits are not money and cannot be transferred or cashed out. [Set credit expiry, e.g. 12 months from purchase.]
- We give at least 30 days' notice before changing credit rates (e.g. when AI providers raise prices).
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and may pause for maintenance or provider outages. AI voices can mispronounce words. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months, unless the law forbids such a limit.
7. Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may end the service with 30 days' notice and refund unused credits pro rata.
8. Governing law
